Battery Technologies (Nexergy/ICC Platform)-

Mobility and remote management or monitoring solutions are driving demand for manufacturers of battery solutions. Inverness is actively seeking high gross margin companies that design and manufacture battery packs and chargers.

 

Supply Chain Software & Consulting (DemandPoint Platform)-

Inverness is actively seeking seeking to acquire businesses that provide operational improvement solutions for the manufacturing, distribution, and supply-chain sector. Targets could include consulting, education and/or software firms between $5 million and $20 million in annual revenues that are driving operational improvement for their clients through better design of manufacturing and supply-chain systems.

 

Medical Device, Components & Contract Manufacturing (TechDevice Platform)-

By leveraging our knowledge and operating resources from our highly successful 2009 exit of ExtruMed, Inverness was able to complete its first transation from IGI-II with TechDevice in January 2011. We are actively pursuing capital-efficient manufacturers of complex or high-precision medical products or components used in critical medical devices and therapies for this platform.
