Kenneth A. Graham, Senior Managing Principal

Ken founded Inverness Graham Investments in 1994 and oversees all activities of the firm, including investment sourcing, structuring, negotiating, divesting and working with portfolio companies. Ken serves on the Inverness Graham Investment Committee and is a current or former Director of SkyBitz, EnergySolutions, NCSRT, Infiltrator, ExtruMed, Faxitron, ElectriTek AVT and Nexergy.

 

Prior to forming Inverness Graham, Ken headed Graham Packaging Company's Latin American operations and global business development activities. Ken served as a member of the Management Committee of Graham Packaging where he played a key role in acquisitions, divestitures, and financings totaling over $2 billion. Earlier in his career, Ken co-founded media technology and services firm, Media Stream, Inc., served as a Manager for turnaround consultants Mackenzie, Hovey and Associates, and as Director of Business Development for venture backed start-up, Superconducting Core Technologies.

 

Ken has served on the board of several academic institutions locally and nationally including Thomas Jefferson University, Burke Mountain Academy and the Montessori School in Valley Forge. Ken is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and is active in numerous other professional organizations in private equity and regional business.

 

Ken earned his B.A. from Dartmouth College and his M.B.A from Dartmouth's Amos Tuck School of Business.

 


 

 Scott A. Kehoe, Managing Principal

Scott is a founder of Inverness Graham and, along with the other Managing Principals, shares responsibility for all major operational functions of the firm, including investment sourcing, structuring, negotiating, divesting and working with portfolio companies. Scott serves on the Inverness Graham Investment Committee and is a Director of ExtruMed and Chairman of the Board of Faxitron.

 

Prior to joining Inverness Graham, Scott served as President and CEO of Media Stream and as an advisor to other Graham Group legacy businesses. Scott was a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young where he was a key player in the launch of two strategic business units within E&Y's Management Consulting practice: Strategic Advisory Services (E&Y's corporate strategy consulting practice) and Connected Enterprise Solutions (venture and consulting group focused on leveraging new technologies). He has extensive experience assisting Fortune 500 companies in developing and executing growth-oriented strategies.

 

Scott earned his B.A. from Dartmouth College and his M.B.A, Beta Gamma Sigma, from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

 


 

 Skip Maner, Managing Principal

Skip joined Inverness Graham in 2002 and, along with the other Managing Principals, shares responsibility for all major operational functions of the firm, including investment sourcing, structuring, negotiating, divesting and working with portfolio companies. Skip serves on the Inverness Graham Investment Committee and is a current or former Director of SkyBitz, DemandPoint, ElectriTek AVT and Nexergy.

 

Prior to joining Inverness Graham, Skip spent eight years with TL Ventures, Internet Capital Group, and Safeguard Scientifics. Skip was also an entrepreneur and served as President and founder of two companies including a recycled products manufacturer. He currently serves on the University of Richmond's President's Council. He is involved in several community initiatives focused on at-risk youth in the Philadelphia region.

 

Skip has a B.A. in History from the University of Richmond, and an M.B.A from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

 


 

 Steven F. Wood, Managing Principal (West Coast Office)

Steve is a founder of Inverness Graham and, along with the other Managing Principals, shares responsibility for all major operational functions of the firm, including investment sourcing, structuring, negotiating, divesting and working with portfolio companies. Steve serves on the Inverness Graham Investment Committee and is a Director of EnergySolutions, ExtruMed, Nexiant, ElectriTek AVT and Nexergy.

 

Prior to joining Inverness Graham, Steve served as Chairman and CEO of Graham Engineering Corporation and Senior Group Vice President and CFO of Graham Packaging Company, where he played a key role in acquisitions, divestitures and financings totalling over $2 billion. Through his strong background in operations, Steve has led the integration and transformation of many of the Graham Group's businesses. Prior to joining Graham, Steve was a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young where he served in the firm's Audit, Tax, and Entrepreneurial Services Groups.

 

Steve earned his B.S. in Accounting from Connecticut State University and is a CPA.

 


 

 Michael B. Morrissey, Principal and Director of Business Development

Michael joined Inverness Graham in 2004. His responsibilities include sourcing and assessing investment opportunities, coordinating financial and operational due diligence, negotiating acquisition and financing transactions and working with management teams post-acquisition. Michael also directs Inverness Graham's business development efforts. He serves on the Board of Directors of EnergySolutions, Faxitron and NCSRT.

 

Prior to joining Inverness Graham, Michael was the Vice President of Business Development with Boston based Audax Group, a $1B private equity firm that manages both a leveraged buyout and mezzanine debt fund. He also served as a strategy consultant in Bain & Company's private equity practice. Before joining Bain, Michael was an entrepreneur who raised startup capital and co-founded a multi-location consumer products manufacturer. Prior to the startup, he operated and sold a hardware products business.

 

Michael received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

 


 

 Trey Sykes, Principal (West Coast Office)

Trey joined Inverness Graham in 2002. In 2007, Trey helped launch the firm's West Coast office located outside of Los Angeles. His responsibilities include sourcing and assessing investment opportunities, coordinating financial and operational due diligence, negotiating acquisition and financing transactions and working with management teams post-acquisition. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of ElectriTek AVT, Nexergy and as a Board Observer for SkyBitz.

 

Prior to joining Inverness Graham, Trey worked at GE Equity specializing in private equity and direct investments. While at GE Equity, Trey completed extensive executive and operational training, including the Six Sigma program. Trey's prior experience included positions at Lehman Brothers Venture Partners and in investment banking for Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin where he advised various technology clients.

 

Trey earned his B.S. from the University of California at Berkeley and his M.B.A from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

 


 

 John P. Christie, Controller

John joined Inverness Graham in 2007. His responsibilities include financial administration, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash management. Additionally, John is responsible for all accounting and reporting to limited partners and is involved with the structuring of transactions from an administrative and accounting perspective, as well as to ensure compliance with limited partnership agreements.

 

Prior to joining Inverness Graham, John held various accounting management positions at Saint-Gobain, a diversified multinational manufacturer. At Saint-Gobain, John oversaw accounting operations for three divisions and conducted internal control, financial and operational audits of manufacturing facilities both domestically and internationally.

 

John received his B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University and his M.B.A from West Chester University.

 


 

 Jason A. Amato, Associate

Jason joined Inverness Graham in 2005. His responsibilities include sourcing new investment opportunities and providing transaction and post investment support for a number of Inverness Graham's current portfolio companies.

 

Prior to joining Inverness Graham, Jason worked as an analyst at SSG Capital Advisors, a boutique financial advisory firm primarily focused on distressed companies. Jason worked with middle market companies on M&A, financial restructuring, private placement and valuation engagements.

 

Jason graduated with a degree in Public and Private Sector Organizations from Brown University.

 


 

 Aliya Khaydarova, Associate

Aliya joined Inverness Graham in 2008. Her responsibilities include sourcing new investment opportunities and providing transaction and post investment support for a number of Inverness Graham's current portfolio companies.

 

Prior to joining Inverness Graham, Aliya worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Mufson Howe Hunter & Company. She worked on all facets of investment banking engagements for middle market growth companies, including financial and valuation analysis, preparing information memorandums and coordinating due diligence.

 

Aliya graduated summa cum laude from Drexel University with dual degrees in Finance and International Business.

 


 

 Kathy Jacoby, Investor Communications Director

Kathy joined Inverness Graham in 2007 and is responsible for overseeing our communication efforts to all investors. Kathy previously held investor relations positions at Comcast Corporation and Internet Capital Group.

 

Kathy received her B.A. from Franklin and Marshall College.

 


 

 Christopher Covey, Analyst

Chris joined Inverness Graham in 2008. His responsibilities include sourcing new investment opportunities and providing transaction and post investment support for Inverness Graham's portfolio companies. Prior to joining Inverness Graham, Chris worked as an Analyst at Graham Partners. He sourced and evaluated new investment opportunities and provided on-going support and supervision for a number of portfolio companies. He was most closely involved in Graham Partners investments in Atlas-Vitron, ICGC, Metaldyne/AsahiTec, and Dynojet prior to its sale.

 

Chris received his B.S. in International Economics and Business Administration from Leopold Franzens Universitaet zu Innsbruck, Austria

 


 

 Timothy G. McQuilkin, Marketing Analyst

Tim joined Inverness Graham in 2007 and provides support to the Inverness Graham team in business development, fund raising and other marketing efforts. Tim has prior marketing experience from J.G. Wentworth and Platinum Promotions.

 

Tim received his B.S. in Marketing from Saint Joseph's University.
