Inverness leverages its founder's operational heritage to identify, buy and build highly differentiated, innovative manufacturing and service companies at the lower end of the middle market. Working in partnership with management teams, we provide the capital, contacts and guidance necessary to drive growth and deliver superior shareholder returns.

We focus exclusively on lower middle market transactions - investing equity capital in companies with enterprise values of less than $75M and EBITDA between $3M and $10M and are interested in a wide range of transactions including buyouts, recapitalizations, and divestitures.
